THE PROJECT

Seven Seas International Grocer engaged the studio to lead the strategic launch and brand development of its new retail concept. Working from a human-centred and service design perspective, the project focused on shaping a cohesive customer experience across both physical and digital touchpoints.

 

The scope included brand positioning, in-store signage, window graphics, promotional collateral and the development of an organic social media presence to introduce the store to the local market.

 

Each element was designed as part of an integrated system to clearly communicate the store’s diverse international offering while fostering cultural authenticity and community connection. The outcome was a unified retail identity that elevated visibility, improved product discoverability, and established Seven Seas as a distinctive destination within the local grocery landscape.
